Syllabus Operational Services NVQ/SVQ Level 2
This NVQ/SVQ consists of three mandatory units and four optional units.

Mandatory Units

  Promote safety in the sport and activity environment

  Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation

  Contribute to the work of your team

Optional Units

  Facilities   C225 - Present, maintain and repair artificial playing surfaces for play
  Customer care   C34 - Resolve customer service problems (ICS)
  Team Leading   A316 Organise and improve your teams work
      A317 Help your team members to develop their performance (MCI)
