  • Emerging government policy related to sport-based social inclusion.
  • Challenging assumptions about community.
  • Policies and practices of other organisations that are relevant to your work in community based sport.
  • Understanding relationships and hierarchies.
  • Managing the growth and sustainability of a community project.
  • Different types of socially disadvantaged neighbourhoods – how they influence the way you work.
  • Networking.
  • Monitoring and evaluation.

Field Book

Once the above modules are completed, candidates must undertake a field book of ten tasks.
