Changing the way you think and work
Chartstage delivers a complete portfolio of training and qualifications based around community working, encompassing sport and leisure activities.

Community sport can be used to address anti-social behaviour in young adults and to motivate them to achieve their potential. Chartstage training is designed to inspire and challenge staff in the way they think and work with young people.

Chartstage, in conjunction with the Home Office and the Football Foundation, has developed a national strategy and policy on community sport training and development. For more info….

We have also worked in partnership with Skills Active to design best practice standards for the community sports industry which can inform, educate and support employers in this sector.

Tailored Training Packages
Chartstage designs schemes of work which are tailored to meet employers exact requirements. Although the training packages are designed to suit individual employers’ needs, they also meet the National Occupational Standards criteria to provide an accredited qualification.

Colleges and Other Training Providers
Chartstage provides all the resources which a college lecturer/tutor may require for community sport training, as part of a licensed training scheme. This comprehensive package includes tutor training, tutor resource manuals, lesson plans, learning outcomes and multi-media resources including DVD and PowerPoint slides to enhance training lectures. BBC ‘Your Game’

‘Your Game’ will involve 2,800 young people aged 16-25 in a street football tournament held at ten venues across England. Chartstage will be acting as a training provider for the BBC at these events, and we will also train the eventual winners of the football tournaments. For more info…
